from the garage directly into my kitchen. That is still the most important thing to me about this place. It is not very updated (e.g., no granite countertops, no spray nozzle on the kitchen faucet, no “view,” etc.), but it is by far the best value in the neighborhood. Some places very close by charge about $500 more for basically the same thing I have (1 bedroom with attached garage). Both the carpet and the linoleum are of a brown and tan combination that do not show dirt. I have never had an issue with maintenance. They replaced my garage door opener when I first moved in because it didn’t work, replaced my microwave when the handle finally broke off, replaced my dishwasher when it stopped running, and replaced the heating element in the oven. I wrote this review because of the exceptional maintenance I just received. It is in the middle of August and my air conditioner went out late on a Thursday afternoon because of a complete lack of refrigerant, because of a leak. Before noon the next day, they had an outside contractor completely replace my air conditioner, both inside and out. I think that is worth five stars.

Great area!
I’ve been living here for over 4 months and I love it! Maintenance are always on there job! Office staff are always friendly ... and attentive to all my needs. have always been so incredibly helpful and professional. When we had an issue with our garage they immediately switched us to a new one without any problem. The grounds are kept clean, plenty of parking, maintenance is very quick and so nice, and the units are lovely (so much natural light!) and spacious (large bedrooms and tall ceilings!). I would have gladly lived here for years if I weren’t moving out of state. If I ever come back to Texas though I’m checking back here first.

Resident Update March 2021
I have been a resident since August 2017. The grounds are well taken care of. The Maintenance Professionals are knowledgeable ... and quick to respond - they are great! The contractors for apartment upkeep are equally professional and do a great job. The location is optimum. Also, the Leasing Office team is very responsive and friendly. My first impression of this community was extremely satisfying. It was quiet, grounds clean and the staff members I encountered

were top notch. Leasing agent Samantha W, was both professional and super caring with regarding to my choices. One of her coworkers was very helpful when she needed him. Also, encountered a maintenance who was apparently on call and ready to resolve whatever the issues were at that time, The process was smooth and speedy. I excited about living at Bentley Place at Willow Bend.

is good, the office is friendly, we have a packaging center now or I guess it is called a parcel center?? it is very coinvent for big delivery since things you order are locked into safe. The AC and lighting have given me no issues. I also like the paths they have in the underbelly of the complex so there are many areas you can park since there's cute little walkways throughout. My only complaint would be that the back gate is manually pulled open by children(I've literally seen them open it twice so far)**Maybe a pedestrian gate should be added back here so they stop doing this? , This isn't really the apartments fault though and the gate is usually closed properly as soon as the office is aware.
